Refund / Reschedule Policy
Dive Trips and Charters:
This policy covers ALL dive trips and charters UNLESS otherwise noted in the description of the specific event in which case, those policies trump these policies.
In the event that Ideal Scuba Academy and or Scuba Dive Masters Commercial Diving / FSB Group,Inc or the dive boat operator cancels the trip due to conditions, all divers will receive a 100% refund. In all other scenarios, cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee and reschedules are subject to a $25 reschedule fee. No cancellations or refunds are permitted after 7 days of your purchase. No cancellations or reschedules are permitted within 7 days of your scheduled trip
For All Dive Courses and Training:
This policy covers ALL dive courses and training UNLESS otherwise noted in the description of the specific course in which case, those policies trump these policies.
For all courses utilizing the PADI E-Learning System, the cost of the online portion of the course non-refundable. All reschedules or cancellation requests within 7 days prior to the course date are subject to a 50% reschedule/cancellation fee. Refunds or reschedules will not be offered to students who don't show up for their course date or for students who show up without properly signed forms. You must read the course forms prior to signing up and if you answer "YES" to any of the medical questions you MUST have a doctors signiture before participating in the course.
**For classes booked through the dive shops or online, the course fee is non-refundable. If you must cancel your course, there are options to reschedule your course dates. Please contact us for more information on this.**
If you would like to request a refund or reschedule and the above policy does not apply to your situation you may email Info@scubadivemasters.com with your request. Please include your full name, the course or trip you signed up for and the reason for your request.
